Our Business

Riley & Rees is a Cincinnati area general contractor with experience in residential and commercial remodeling and renovation.  With a decade of buying and renovating properties, we have seen just about everything.  

We have done everything from tearing a property down to the studs, to replacing all of the plumbing in a house to adding a second floor and everything inbetween. Since most of my experience was using my own funds, I am very aware of how important it is to manage cost and work quickly and efficiently without cutting corners.  At its best, remodeling your home can be fun and rewarding and that is why I enjoy what I do.

Who We Are

Riley and Rees is the evolution of a lifetime of contracting.  From my first job running a painting business in college through the aquisition and renovation of a large real estate portfolio in the Cincinnati area, I have always enjoyed taking something old and worn out and improving it.

My passion for general contracting was ignited when I took my small Blue Ash ranch home and added a second floor and 2,000 square feet of living space. From the first day with my architect, to hiring a framer, to selecting the fixtures, it was a wonderful experience.  Now that my real estate portfolio is complete, I have turned over the day-to-day management to our property manager and am focusing soley on general contracting.
